Academy Batches & Timings
Morning Batches
09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Primarily for crash courses and special test sessions.
Evening Batches
03:00 PM – 08:00 PM
Regular academic coaching and test preparation.
Weekly Tests
Saturdays / Sundays
Schedules are announced via student portal notifications.
Attendance & Punctuality
- •Students must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled batch or test timing.
- •A minimum of 85% attendance in lectures is recommended for optimal performance.
- •In case of absence, students must notify the academy management in advance.
Discipline & Classroom Decorum
- •Students must maintain decorum, respect instructors, and avoid disturbing the class.
- •Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode or switched off during lectures.
- •Decent, modest, and casual attire is expected on campus.
Weekly Tests & Mock Exams
- •Appearance in all scheduled weekly tests and monthly mock exams is mandatory.
- •Unexcused absence from tests will result in a notification sent to parents.
- •Cheating or use of unfair means in tests will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
Prohibited Conduct
- •Littering, writing on desks, or causing damage to academy property is strictly prohibited.
- •Loitering in corridors during active class hours is not allowed.
- •Bringing unauthorized visitors or outsiders inside the campus is forbidden.
Campus Security & IDs
- •Students must carry their TPA student ID card at all times.
- •Loss of ID card should be reported to the front desk immediately for a replacement.
Fee Policy
- •Monthly tuition fees must be cleared by the designated deadline of each month.
- •Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Important Disciplinary Notice
TPA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behavioral misconduct, destruction of property, and cheating in tests. The academy administration reserves the right to suspend, expel, or take necessary disciplinary action against violators.
